roduct Description: ARIDOL Colorless Water Repellent is a methylsiloxane base, colorless water repellent.
Water repellent for brick and stone.
* ARIDOL will not clog the pores, permitting the masonry to breathe
* ARIDOL will not change color or the texture of the masonry
* Heating costs can be decreased as wall of ARIDOL impregnated buildings contain less humidity
* Exterior surfaces are weatherproofed from the destructive weathering elements
* ARIDOL can be applied by brush, spray or roller
* Exterior surfaces stay clean longer
* Efflorescence is minimized
* Masonry surface should be clean, dry, free of dust, sandy soft surfaces and stains.
* Water blasting may be necessary and surfaces must be allowed to dry.
* All visible cracks, openings and crevices should be repaired by Tuckpointing or by the ARMOR JOINT Mask Grout method.
* After cleaning and repairs are cured, ARIDOL should be flooded onto the surface at the rate of 75 to 100 sq. ft. per gallon, so there is a run down of material on the surface of 4 to 6 inches below the point of application.
* Surfaces which can not take a gallon per 100 sq. ft. should be given a second coat of ARIDOL immediately after solvent has evaporated from first coat.
