This is a fluorescent sconce light fixture with ballast.

Does not include lamp (uses double twin tube F13DTT, PLC-13, or DULUX D13). Ballast is Robertson Cat. No. S1RC (BL-274 Type I Outdoor ballast for replacement) has very minor surface rust & not sure it works.
