Tel brake release controller 24VDC brake de-enigizer
This is a TEL electric brake de-enigizer. This was removed from original bag for picture and is presumed (NOS) New Old Stock. Item in excellent condition. Features a 24 VDC power connection that allows connection to a mechanical drive system and is used to apply 24VDC to brake which disengages brake and allows movement of the mechanisium. Additional feature is a battery cut off switch to remove power and eliminate acctidental activation when it is in your tool box as an example. The switch is a momentary on switch and activates power only when it is pressed in. Power is removed when switch is released. The power connection from this device can be configured for systems other than TEL that use a 24VDC electro mechanical break system. Other systems this would work on is Lam Research, Applied Materials, Matson, Novellus Etc. To make any connection to a break you would have to supply the corresponding connector and wire to connect the 24VDC out from this device to your break. If you have any questions please ask. This item uses three 9 Volt batteries and are included but should be replaced. I can install new batteries if you wish but there will be an additional charge to cover the cost off the batteries.
