Chem Tec Model EFV Series Adjustable Safety Excess Flow Valve- Used to prevent uncontrolled flows of most gases and most liquids. If a supply line is damaged or if has failed this can be adjusted to sense the different flow and automatically shut off.
Features- Field Adjustable, Automatically Resets, Adjustable range for Water is 0.026 to 4.0 GPM, Adjustable Range for Air is 0.14 to 40 SCFM, Temperature range is -40 Deg to 220 Deg F. 1/4" NPT fitting connections.
Applications- Hydrogen as well as other pressurized gases. This can be used with most toxic gas supply systems and liquids. This one is made of 316ss please verify if this is appropriate for use in your specific application.
