QUICKSILVER DIGITAL TRANSMITTER
QuickSilver is capable of transmitting audio and images over ordinary phone lines at 28.8 Kbps (PSTN) or up to 128Kbps by using an ISDN Modem which is 5 times faster. At 1:30 compression ratio the first high resolution image takes just 4 seconds at 640 x 240 pixels. Update rates can change as quickly as a fraction of a second.
The minimum requirements to use QuickSilver are:
* One PC (Pentium 100 recommend),16MB RAM and a 1GByte Harddisk to store your Alarm Pictures
* Windows95/98/2000 od. Windows NT 4.0
* Two Modems (ISDN, PSTN or GSM)
* and at least one camera at the desired location
