Quiktitanium reinforced epoxy putty repairs & rebuilds


QuikTitanium Epoxy Putty Stick is a hand-kneadable, titanium-reinforced, epoxy putty adhesive sealant for high-temperature applications. It is designed to bond and repair materials that will be exposed to high temperatures for use in a variety of industrial maintenance applications. It comes in a handy "Tootsie-roll®" form with the curing agent encapsulated in the contrasting color base material. Just cut off a piece, mix with gloved fingers to a uniform color and apply.
QuikTitanium has a 1½ to 2 hour work life. Functional cure occurs in 8 hours. Cured color is a golden-brown titanium color. QuikTitanium is not intended for structural applications.
Service temperature -40 to 500º F (-40 to 260º C)
Putty-like consistency eliminates drips and runs for a "no mess" application.
After 8 hours at room temperature can be drilled, tapped and sanded.
Form molds, patterns and castings.
Repair stripped threads, tools and equipment.
