The unit is built with heavy duty linear bearings to allow for acurate screw installation. It was removed from a working environment and it is still in good working condition.
This unit features pneumatic side shift to allow for multiple screw installation. The side shift bearing travel have over 1 inch of travel, but the currently installed cylinder has a stroke of 250mm. The unit also has a built on electronic screw sensing device to detect if a screw has been fed to the gun correctly. (see the yellow sensor in the pictures).
