API 0351-C 50 UA FS PANEL METER W LIMIT SWITCHES
This is an interesting panel meter.
It was made by API Instruments & is sheilded.
The basic movement is 50 uA FS.
It has 2 red needles that can be set using the black knurled adjustments.
The left one limits the travel of the meter needle, so does the right one.
For the needle to have full scale travel, the red needles have to be set past the scale on both ends.
The lower 2 terminals are for the meter coil.
The upper set of 3 are for the switch inside the meter.
It looks new (not used), but I don't have the original box, datasheet or mounting & connection nuts.
I have tested it & it works just fine, 50 uA results in FS deflection.
I'm not sure how the switches are supposed to work. If I set the red needles to 25 & 75 & apply current to the meter, a negative deflection closes a switch. Positive deflection dosen't do anything to the switch?
