4 cm X 4cm, 4 mm thick.8.5 amp. Max wattage is 127.5, They operate from 0 to 15 volts, from -40 to 85 degrees. One side gets hot the other side gets cold, reverse the polarity and the opposite happens. If you use a heat sink, it can freeze.
