1 - (used) TOS TRENCIN Model SN71-C, 28" x 160" centers gap bed engine lathe, new 1997. Machine swings 37.5 inches in the removable gap x 15.250" from the spindle nose. Center distance is 160". There are (16) spindle speeds 10 to 1000 RPM. The spindle is a D1-8 camlock. The spindle hole is 3". The feed/thread box is Inch/Metric. Inch threads are 1-80 TPI, 0.5 to 4.0 mm. Feeds are .002 to .242 IPR longitudinal & .001 to .121 IPR for cross travel. Leadscrew is 1-7/8" x 4 TPI. The carriage is arranged with rapid traverse. The tailstock is a MT 5. The clutched headstock is driven by a 15 HP 220-3-60 AC motor. All motors and controls are included. The machine is equipped with a 20" 4'-jaw independent chuck, 7" capacity plain steady rest, 11" capacity roller steady rest, coolant system, and TRAK T-102 2-axis digital readout system. The machine runs smoothly and looks to be in very good condition. It can be inspected under power in our warehouse.
