ECLIPSE E934 MP MAGNETIC VBLOCK IN WOODEN CASE AS SHOWN. VBLOCK MEASURES 2.76" WIDE x 4.02" LONG AND IS 3.75" TALL WITH BOTTOM VEE RECESSED .10" DEEP AS SHOWN IN PICS. The Magnetic Vee Block will hold cylindrical workpieces for grinding. It will hold both itself and the workpiece on any flat ferrous surface, including a permanent magnet chuck (without energising the chuck). There are two vees. The smaller model is intended for workpieces up to 20mm in diameter and the larger model is intended for workpieces up to 65mm in diameter. The vees and faces are energised or de-energised simultaneously.
It is sometimes advantageous to use two Magnetic Vee Blocks together (matched pairs are available).
Note: Not suitable for the rotation of workpieces for inspection.
