Versatile Lab / Processing System with a Reciprocating Tray can be used as a Coater, Treater, Movable Platform, etc, movable tray system with Bodine DC Motor controller and powerful DC Motor. The system is approximately 36" long and 14" with a solid, thick aluminum tray 12" x 12" driven by a solid Aluminum rod attached to the motor on an off-centered driving wheel.
There is a smooth back and forth motion, approximately 5" travel, on two thick, polished SS guide bars. A Bodine DC Motor controls the speed from slow. Total cycles are recorded on the switch assembly box. The entire system is mounted on a solid, thick Aluminum base approximately 1/2" thick
Typically, just the Bodine controller OR the motor alone sell for more than this.
