5 Axis Precision Milling Stop for locating parts or material on milling machines. Made from 6061 Aluminum Alloy, and using 3/4 diameter tool steel pivots. Currently anodized in red. Bodies are two piece configuration with captured pivots. All pivots have slip resistant seals, spring loaded tee nut and fulcrum, allow Pro-Stop to stay in position while it locking down, and helps keep chips out of pivot surfaces. This also facilitates a quick and easy one handed set up. The 1/4" diameter adjustable rod can be changed or modified if necessary. Premium 4 inch long die cast handle rotates 360 degrees for clearance. All Pro-Stop aluminum body parts are fully machined, (not preformed, extruded, or cast), are very beefy and engineered to last. Pro-Stops will not fall apart in your hand like other Stops. Pro-Stops are new and come directly from the manufacturer (Venture Quest Inc). This is an aircraft quality piece, that will make any competitors stop look like a Playschool Toy.
