Sander is in new condition. We got it to use as a second sander thinking it would make a good jobsite machine but never used it because we have continued to do all of our sanding on our original shop machine. This excellent sander has less than a half hour of use on it, and includes the "smartsand" system that autimatically slows the feed belt drive motor according to the load on the machine. It also includes the electronic thickness measuring system build into the unit. Motor is a 5hp 220v single phase.
