A variable speed mesh belt carries parts to be heated from a 12†long open belt loading area through a 12†long
hot zone then through a 36†long water jacketed cooling zone and out to a 12†long open unloading area.
The hot zone has a refractory muffle with coil type heating elements wrapped around it. Coil type elements are
easily replaced if they burn out. The entrance has a vertical lift door. The exit has a fiberglass curtain.
This unit includes a spare muffle with an NEW heating element.
This unit is in fair condition with some minor cosmetic nicks and scratches. This unit has not been tested, but the
control system is fairly simple and easy to work on, and all components are present.
