This is nice low current variable power supply.
I measured the voltage from end to end.
It works. I did not apply a load
Front panel terminals can be remote sensed.
115 VAC Power comes in on the BLACK and the WHITE leads - GREEN is ground
The short red and black leads are rear panel VDC output, the same as the front panel output.
