These are the best meters that I have seen. They are without blemish, tested, and have never been used. The shoulder straps are still in their original plastic bag! Most CD V-715 meters were made by Victoreen. These are made by the famous Landers, Frary & Clark manufacturers in New Britain, Connecticut. The Instruction and Maintenance Manual is in perfect condition as well. These meters will come in their original boxes that are shown in the picture. I will wrap this box with brown paper as to not ruin the original box. I have tested the circuits in these meters, they check out great!
These meters need just one size D battery (not included) to be functional. If you are looking for the highest quality radiological survey meter out there, look no more!

The CD V-715 is “a high-range gamma survey meter for general post attack operational use†that employs a hermetically sealed ionization chamber.
Detector: hermetically sealed ion chamber filled with dry air at atmospheric pressure.
Range: 0 – 0.5, 0 – 5.0, 0 – 50, 0 – 500 R/h.
Batteries: one 1.5 volt D cell (the OCD specifications set a maximum of three).
Battery life: 150 hours of continuous use.
Materials: the case is aluminum while the panel and handle are die cast zinc.
