USED: Hose extrusion line consisting of (1) Plasti Program 1.3" single screw extruder, model RS35, approximate 24:1 L/D. Electrically heated, air cooled 3 zone non-vented barrel. Water cooled feed with hopper, approximate 41" centerline height. Driven by a 10 hp, 500 volt DC motor with gearbox. Control panel with Watlow controllers. Built 1988. (2) Merritt Davis 3" wide x 21" long belt pullers, model 3EGO, 1 hp DC motor, (1) 2" wide x 12" long V shaped belt puller, 3/4 hp DC gearmotor, (1) hose reinforcement station, (1) 14' long water bath and (1) hose winder cart.
