G11, versatile all-around laminate grades are produced by inserting continuous glass woven fabric impregnated with an epoxy resin binder while forming the sheet under high pressure.G11 is a versatile material due to several mechanical and electrical properties; it is less reactive at high frequencies, absorbs less moisture, has greater strength and stiffness, and is highly flame resistant.
G11 can be used for mechanical insulation, gears, test fixtures, washers, prototypes, static sensitive electronic equipment, spacers, tight tolerance machined parts, electrical switch pannels, fireproof electrical insulators, power plants, buss bars, electrical generation units. knife handles, gun handles ect..
