Unit is complete with pedestal, two (2) tilting cylinders, and a removable roof, hydraulic power supply, remotely mounted, designed to empty completely with a 90 degrees tilt, both fill and pour spouts have hinged covers with seals. Unit is complete on base and is equipped with full control console. Unit installed and test run only.
