High Power UV Photo Lithography Exposing System Parts
We think that these are high power UV systems for exposing the photo resist on PCB's, IC's, or other photo lithography processes.
With no product tags or brand names present, we can only assume that these are custom made pieces.
It appears that both of these units are incomplete, with one of them having been dissembled partially-both are missing the light source / bulb which we think may be a 1 kW to 5 kW or even higher wattage.
The optics appear to be clean and in pretty good shape. The previous owner had packed the cases with lens cloth to protect the fragile components.
Connections are present for both control as well as cooling water (or air?).
Looks like there are some very nice components in this unit.
