This welder is great for auto body work, home & farm use. It is capable of gas shielded mig welding & flux cored wire welding, a feature can be changed at the flick of a switch. The M12183 is a 130 Amp unit that will weld light 20 gauge steel to 1/4" steel & thicker with multiple passes. Fully adjustable heat and increased duty cycle over other smaller Marquette models. The Marquette M12183 uses 120 volt current.
