This is a development board for the PICAXE 14M microcontroller. It includes the PICAXE chip. It has been upgraded with a solderless breadboard, headers for the 14M pins, +5v and GND,battery snap and a programming adapter ( with built in enhanced download circuit). It has only been used a few times.
