(1) Carousel head with (4) rotating arbors mounted on a central rotating deck assembly
Carousel deck rotation 4 - 24 RPM
(2) arbor/spindles are 12" x 53" long with 3 HP motor & (2) arbor/spindles are 12" x 45" long with 2 HP motor
Variable vacuum conveyor belt feed speed 4 - 44 FPM
Spindle speeds, head rotation speeds and conveyor speeds are all inverter controlled with infinite knob adjustment and digital readouts Workpiece height is push button adjusted with digital readout
Single button reverses spindle direction allowing a change from whitewood to sealer sanding by having single sided strips of different grit facing each direction
(1) front & (2) side viewing windows
(4) dust collection outlets of 6" each
Designed to finish sand and sealer sand workpieces such as raised panel cabinet doors, entry doors, louvers, shutters, etc.
