The floor level low profile air bag powered tilter provides ergonomic loading and unloading of bulk containers, gaylords or crates. The corner unit design allows two wall accessibility with both pallet jack or fork truck. Constructed of heavy gauge steel has a maximum rated capacity of 1,400 pounds.
The tilter is foot pedal activated and can tilt up to 45 degrees. By adjusting the air regulator for the load, the air bag inflates titling the container automatically as it is unloaded. As the container becomes lighter, the tilter automatically tilts and the material shifts to the corner of the container where it can easily be mechanical or manually unloaded. The air regulator is easily adjustable for different weight applications.
