HANGSTERFERS ALDRAW JD-9020 TAPPING FLUID 1 GALLON NEW
Aldraw JD-9020 is a heavy duty, high viscosity compound fortified with synthetic Extreme Pressure (EP) additives.
It is designed for manual applications such as tapping, drilling, broaching, stamping, drawing, blanking and forming of all materials.
JD-9020 can be diluted as much as 2:1 with water.
This is common on many metalforming applications.
Most metalcutting applications require use of the JD-9020 in concentrated form.
Once diluted, JD-9020 can be sprayed, misted or rolled onto the material before it enters the press.
In concentrated form, it can be applied as a recirculating flood or hand applied to the cutting tool.
Aldraw JD-9020 is formulated without the use of biocides or fungicides; therefore it is not recommended that JD-9020 be used as a recirculating coolant.
In diluted form, it is intended only for total loss applications.
It can be premixed and will remain stable so applicator reservoirs can be filled and topped off.
Always add concentrate to water and mix thoroughly.
When used in concentrated form, JD-9020 can be recovered and reused.
In order to get the maximum life from your oil, keep containment areas free of cleaners, solvents, rust inhibitors and other contaminants, which may inhibit performance.
