These Varian (Model VHS-6) diffusion vacuum pumps have been fully rebuilt. The specifications for this pump are as follows:

Operating Range 1 x 10-3 to < 5 x 10-9 torr (1.3 x 10-3 to < 6.5 x 10-9 mbar)
Recommended Backing Pump 17 cfm (29 m3hr-1)
Backstreaming rate Standard < 5 x 10-4 mg/cm2/min
Electrical Requirements: 1 phase 50/60 Hz @ 120/208/240 VAC
Cooling Water Requirements: 0.25 gpm (50 l/hr) at 60-80 F (15-26 C)
