We did not get a frame or flywheel with this unit.
The heat exchanger on the pallet actually goes to the compressor. The compressor is a liquid cooled unit.

Condition looks good used but obviously short some parts to be functional. The compressor and motor shafts do turn. What you get is limited to what you see. Sold as a parts unit only. We may be able to provide some substitute parts at nominal additional cost if you don't already have them.
