This is an electric-hydraulic operating system that applies a single preset preload (clamping) and test load (3,000kg) on various sized specimens. An adjustable elevating screw can be locked to properly position specimen to prevent movement when test load is applied. Operator controls load application and dwell timing with a hand operated lever.
Tester can be used for random scope-read spot testing, or it can be a production tester for more rapid repeatative depth reading comparison on lower dial with operator preset tolerance range for parts too SOFT / ACCEPTABLE / TOO HARD evaluation or rejection. Acessory Anvils / Fixtures may be used to allow round or various shaped parts to be tested.
