This is a used (but in excellent condition) decade box. Shallcross is a very respected manufacturer of resistors and resistance boxes, and this item is guaranteed to be within Shallcross specifications.
Low zero resistance and accurate resistance settings-please see the picture which shows one setting of the box on a calibrated HP 34401A DMM.
This is a very clean unit with minor signs of wear and tear. Internally it's very clean also, and all switches work smoothly with good "feel."
