This Upper Wheel and Mount is designed after the Older Style Edwards Machines. Having this Style Upper Wheel has a Limitation, and Some Benefits over Yoke Style Mounted Upper Wheels. The Limitation is you can Not Orient the Upper 360 degrees like Our Other Machines. On the Benefit side this Set Up Offers you the Operator the Ability to Grab the Upper Wheel on Top and Rotate it Back and Forth. When doing Smaller pieces like Cab Corners, Headlight Buckets, and other High Crowns it's Awesome to Steer withe Panel with one hand and drive the Wheel with the Other.
I listed a Lot of Pictures to Show the Components, Basically there is a Shaft, A Shaft Housing, Two Bearings, a Couple of Nuts to secure the Shaft, a Mount that's welded to Your Frame, and three Socket Head Cap Screws to Bolt the Wheel on. All of these pieces are Shown clearly in the Pictures. Also shown is the Wheel Mounted on a Frame to show.
Machined from 4140 Alloy Tool Steel Heat Treated and Drawn to 54 Hrc.
