You are looking at a Used STARRETT Range 0 To 4" Outside Micrometer/Caliper Set in original Starrett wooden case. This complete set is in very good condition. This Micrometer set includes: 1 No. 224 Outside Mic 0 to 4", 4 Standards with locknut & ratchet strap, 4 Anvils, 1 Wrench and the wooden box case. On the box it states: No.224, The Starrett Micrometer Caliper, Satin Chrome Finish, Hardened-Ground Screw, Range 0 To 4". This set has four interchangable anvils marked to show capacity, and fitted with adjustable collars which provide for wear and act as a seat when clamped in position. Suitable wrenches are furnished to make any necessary adjustment. The L.S. STARRETT COMPANY, Athol, Mass., U.S.A., Precision Tools, Dial Indicators. There is a table of decimal equivalents on the inside of the lid. The front of the box has a nice hook closure and is in good condition. The locknuts turn nicely and freely; this micrometer set looks to be gently used and in good working condition. I have tried to describe everything as best as I can.
