Ceast pneumatic automatic hollow die punch specimens
DIE VERSION : 8027.020 PUNCH ASTM D 638-95 TYPE I V, DIM (115X19X6) MM, WITH EJECTOR
These apparatus are designed and built to obtain specimens by punching,
using hollow dies of different sizes and contours. They punch specimens suitable
for testing on: rubber, elastomers, plastics, leather, cloth and plasticized cloth,
paper, cellular materials, films, etc.
The Pneumatic Hollow Die Punch is supplied with a safety protection screen
according to the safety requirements.
The Hollow Die Punch obtains specimens according to the following
standards: ISO, ASTM, DIN, BSI, AFNOR, UNI, UNE, CEE, CEI
The dies are supplied two versions:
- code XXXX.000 without ejector
In the version without ejector the specimen is removed manually after punching.
In the second version, the specimen is automatically ejected after punching. The
dies are made of steel, without welding, UNI PV.MVB, annealed machining and
hardening carried out in sequence to ensure maximum hardness. The cutting
edges are hand finished with sharpening rake. The support and fixing shank are
of 25 mm of diameter and 20 mm long, suitable for CEAST punching machines.
To be used to cut out specimens from films and thin sheets (not brittle) using steel dies, with a pneumatic punching system prepared according to international standards (ISO, ASTM and others) and custom requirements.
