One end mill. This one is made by Cleveland Twist Drill Co. in the USA. I say that this is new, it has protective coating on the cutting surfaces. It may have been remanufactured or sharpened, if that is possible with these. This one is 1/2" diameter, 3-3/4" overall length, 2-Flute.
