The Agilent HP 4282A High Capacitance Meter measures capacitance, dissipation factor, ohm-farad & DC voltage. Measuring frequencies are 50, 60, 100 & 120Hz; 50 & 60Hz synchronized by line frequency. Measuring voltage: 10 nF to 10 mF ranges <1 V rms; 100 mF range <0.1 V rms and 1 F range <10 mV rms. Basic accuracy of ±1.5%.
