POWDER COATING SYSTEM, COMPLETE AND READY TO RUN.
Line was built by Milbanks in 1996.
System supports a line speed of at least 8 fpm.
Note that the Nordson equipment is "state-of-the-art" with new "Shur-Coat" guns added about three years ago.
The product opening profiles are 62 inches high (the powder booth opening being a bit taller than that) and, an (estimated) 30 inches wide.
>Milbanks 5 stage mild steel washer.
>Combination elevated dry-off and cure oven.
>Conveyor = 740 feet 3 inch I-Beam.
>Nordson Horizon powder booth with 2 manual Sure Coat
guns, and 8 Automatic Sure Coat guns. Four reclaim color
modules and one non-reclaim module.
>Zeks Dessicant Compressed Air Dryer.
>PCP Controlled Pyrolysis burn off oven. Sand blast cabinet.
Original cost was about $1 million.
