This is an exceptional set of reference books for anyone interested in metalworking techniques from long ago. Each book has between 350 and 400 pages of text and many, many illustrations, diagrams and fold-out blueprints along with photos of equipment, people using equipment and shop interiors. Overall, this is a very nice looking set of books that seem to have been used very little.
