This item is brand new. It has been sitting on a shelf as a spare for a few years, so it has a bit of surface rust here and there, but it has the original pipe opening plugs, original factory inspection tag, original factory housing seal. Photo of the inside of pipe shows how clean and factory-new it is. The electrical caps also appear to never have been removed, all indications of an unused item.
Pipe size is 1.5" ID. Flange is 5" diameter.
