USED: Plant Service and Equipment Corp 5 gallon bottle wash/rinse/fill/cap line consisting of: (1) washer, 304 stainless steel, (3) inner chambers, (1) wash with an 85 gallon tank with pumps, (1) drainage, (1) rinse with a 70 gallon rinse tank with pump. All separated by hinged doors. 5 gallon bottles travel through the line on FDA approved polypropylene cones, driven by a 1/4 hp DC motor. (1) control panel. (1) dual head gravity filler with polypropylene/PVDF flow sensor, (2) air operated diaphragm valves, mounted in the center of a 9" wide x 192" long conveyor, driven by a 1 hp gearmotor. (1) pneumatic capper with a Syntron parts feeder with control panel. (1) Hytrol 12" wide x 108" long roller conveyor.
