This unit was removed from decommissioned equipment. It was some kind of wafer handler.
This unit has a couple slide rails, rollers are used, see the photos.
Driven by a SMC CY1815H-500 air powered side.
Overall the unit is 26.5" x 9"closed and 39" x 9" extended.
Rails are 26.5" long and 1" wide.
A few sensors are mounted on this unit.
