This item is a vintage 1986 ceramic substrate hybrid electronic circuit with 8 pcs SMD IC chips and also a lot of SMD capacitors and resistors on a DIP60 pin 3" x 1.5" layout. The parts are on a white ceramic substrate and the back is marked QMS918 WPB 1/30/86 J89DD. I do not know the make or the function of this circiut but will make a very good colectible
