Colder no-spill 1/4" female enclosure mount connector
For sale is a Colder Brand Female No-Spill connector. This connector has a 1/4" ID and barbs to a 3/8" hose, interior of an enclosure. When plugged into a companion male connector, fluid is allowed to flow. When disconnected, the connector closes off the hose it is connected to preventing fluid from spilling (e.g. "no-spill").
We use these to interconnect a cooling system to a laser head. They allow us to connect and disconnect at will for moves, etc. without the worry of spilling fluid all over the place.
We sell 4 types of these 1/4" ID connectors as follows:
Polarity of fluid flow is essential in some systems. For such cases, we recommend mounting one male and one female enclosure mount connector on each unit (e.g. cooling system and laser head), then fix two hoses, each with a barbed male on one end and a barbed female on the other. Once set up properly, there is no way to get hoses reversed.
