SVG 90-S Coater Developer Track 200mm
This SVG 90-S coater developer track is used surplus. It is a system that includes the main track, an interface, Semifab temperature and %h controller. The overall physical condition is good, but there are signs of wear. One robot wafer transport arm is damaged on the track and will need to be replaced.
It also includes two (2) Donaldson filter stacks.
