LUBRICATION ENGINEERS 1275 ALMAPLEX INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANT
Orange Reversible EP 2 Water-Resistant Grease. 1275 ALMAPLEX products is an excellent extreme pressure lubricant (NLGI Grade 2) for in-plant industrial or fleet use. It is very effective in severe operations caused by moisture or high temperatures and contains ALMASOL plus a special complex base which imparts high mechanical and structural stability, excellent resistance to elevated temperatures and good heat reversion properties. It retains its excellent lubricating qualities, smooth texture and plasticity over a broad range of operating temperatures.
This is a complex base grease designed for long life and the best lubrication. It is extremely oxidation resistant, water resistant and provides excellent rust protection. This lubricant minimizes costly downtime by reducing friction and wear, withstands high temperatures and endures heavy loads, welding and scoring. The lubricant will not emulsify or wash out where moisture is present and will adhere to metal surfaces to protect against wear and corrosion even at high speeds. With high oxidation resistance and staying in place, less ALMAPLEX is used and what is used lasts longer compared to ordinary lubricants. ALMAPLEX has excellent sealing properties against contaminants and retains its consistency and lubricating properties over a broad range of operating temperatures and conditions. Upon cooling it reverts back to its original consistency and does not bleed or cake.
1275 is used in friction bearings, anti-friction bearings, high speed bearings, slow speed bearings, chassis lubricants, electric motors, rotary aerators, conveyor bearings, fan bearings, wheel bearings, and U-Joints.
