Item ...................... The is a replaceable pilot for a Counterbore Cutter
Manufacturer ...... I do not see a name but it came in with a huge batch of Eclipse Twist Lock cutters so it is probably also made by Eclipse
Diameter ............. This one is .652" But I have several of these in different sizes so if this is not the size you need just ask. Plus you can always turn it down a little in a lathe if needed. I also have the other longer style with threads.
Shank Size .......... This one is 5/16" but I also have some other size available
