This is a Perlos Automation automatic "Charm Protective Tape Machine", used for applying protective film to faceplates or stickers to your product or parts with a high degree of precision and repeatability. This machine is in good condition and working well, and comes with our 14-day DOA guarantee. When supplied with air pressure and 115VAC power, the machine allows a single operator to precisely place your protective film or stickers without touching the film. Operators place the part to receive the application in a holding fixture and in proper sequence insert a finger from each hand simultaneously to the telemecanique safety interlocks and the machine does the rest. The photos show what the previous owner used this machine to do: place films over PDA screens. Note that we stacked 4 films on the same part in the bottom photos.
