AC/DC power adaptor is used and in mint condition. Its hard to find a power module with these combinations of output voltages in one unit, especially at these relatively high power levels, even though 5 volts and 9 volts are both very common voltages used in many applications. You can used this power source to run two pieces of equipment simultaneously or one piece that requires both voltages.
