240/3/60 @ 100amp Free Standing Control Panel housing the following:
1. QTY (3) HEAT/COOL barrel zones, QTY (3) HEAT/ONLY die zones, including mercury relays, fuse protection and associated wiring and thermocouples and Barber Colman 585 digital controllers.
2. Motor STOP/START station, with Screw RPM and Motor Amp Displays and ten turn potentiometer.
5. QTY (3) Barrel Blowers for Cooling.
6. High Temperature Barrel heaters wired for 240 VAC.
9. All Mounted to a portable Custom Base on Casters.
10. 1 HP DC Drive on tower nip rolls.
12. ½ HP DC Motor with 20 to 1 gear reduction driving nip assembly.
13. 1 HP Blower for air ring air flow.
14. Adjustable flow air ring made from 6061 aircraft aluminum new condition.
15. Torque winder for product spooling.
16. ½ HP DC motor driving take up thru a 20 to 1 gearbox.
17. 2 HP DC motor control SECO Model running in torque mode to control product tension.

4. Hopper Approximately 50 LBS of material.
5. Heavy Duty Double Reduction Koellman Gear Box.
6. Machine to be geared 0-120 Screw RPM.
9. High Temperature Insulation and Barrel Cover.
10. All necessary die and adaptor heaters pre wired to male plugs.
1. Blown film Die Assembly, with approximately 3 inch opening with all thermocouples and heaters.
Delivery: 1 week from receipt of written PO and Deposit.
