This is a like new Hazlux light fixture. If it was ever used it was used for temporary lighting. This one does not have a box or bulb. The light has been tested and works. This is a sealed light specialized for hazardous locations. Nema 4x.
Bulb- 150 Watt High Pressure Sodium
Globe- Heavy glass screw in type
Mount- top mount through a threaded pipe fitting, either 3/4 or 1 inch.
This is a multitap light meaing it can work off 120, 208, 240 or 277 VAC.
