This is a Geiger counter from the cold war period with manual. Its the FCDA item No: CD V-700. Model No. 2. Serial No: 786. This was manufactured for the FCDA by the Victoreen Instrument Co. Cleveland, Ohio. Vico Model No: 661. It does NOT work. It has lots of scratches and a few dings. There is some corrosion on the inside.
